Soil readings

Find a sample, chart it, print it, or add one from the desk.

Soil readings is the working list for the farm.

Use the date, paddock and sample-name filters to narrow the view. Times follow the timezone you set under Account.

Tick which indicators to chart. Moisture, conductivity and temperature are measured. pH, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are screened from conductivity — they move together, so they are not four separate tests. Charting conductivity and screened pH together is usually messy because the scales differ.

Open a row for the full sample. Print report gives you a clean copy of whatever you have filtered. On Grower you can also download a spreadsheet of that same selection.

If a sample never left the notebook, add it here and pick the paddock and time. How many rows you see on each page is set under Account.

On the free plan you only see the recent months included with that plan. Older samples are still kept and come back into view if you move to Grower.
