How TerraProbe, the field app and farm portal keep one soil record from paddock to desk.
IN THE PADDOCK
TerraProbe records seven indicators over USB-C. Moisture, conductivity and temperature are measured directly. pH, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are indicative values calculated from conductivity — useful for relative screening, never a fertiliser or lime prescription.
ON THE PHONE
The Android app saves readings offline, stamps GPS, and syncs when signal returns. Nearby pins within about 15 m share a map spot so the record stays comparable. Link the phone to a Grower account with a one-time code from Account → Devices.
AT THE DESK
TerraTactics Grower holds paddock boundaries, the reading history, seasonal charts, screening insights and optional TerraTactics Soil Analysis on Grower plans. The same named points stay together season after season, with laboratory reports filed beside them when a decision needs defensible chemistry.
The system is designed to keep context attached to each reading, not to turn a portable screen into a laboratory result.
